You will love it! This is a two story stand alone house. The first floor has a bedroom, full bathroom, living room with sofa bed, washer/dryer, and kitchen. The second floor has a bedroom and full bathroom. You will have sole access to the entire house, including front and back porches. The pool and yard is shared with 5 other units. We are available at all times via phone/text. We also have someone on the ground to help with any issues that might arise. Perfect location in the heart of Old Town, walking distance to all the best in Key West. Please be respectful of the neighbors, they areour friends. A mid stay cleaning is required ($300 for mid stay, $300 for end of stay). So sorry, no pets are permitted. No smoking is permitted on the premises (inside or outside)
